Summary
On the night of October 3, 1957 Fort Bridger was burning - set ablaze by its Mormon owners! The Mormons bought Fort Bridger in 1855, but the approach of a federal army caused the Mormon leaders, fearful of further persecution, to destroy the fort and harass the advance of the army. These details and much more are here in this wonderful volume.
